Our client is universally recognized as a global leader in I.T. Consulting and seeking? a skilled? project leader for its global re-engineering group.? Applicants must be prepared for 100% travel due to the high demand and diverse array of project locations where the work will take place.? As such, applicants may be located anywhere in the US with reasonable access to major airports.

Job Description:

The position would be responsible for execution of Re-Engineering projects for client businesses by deploying Lean / Six sigma & BPMS methodologies.? Candidates will be expected to have the ability to quickly gain an understanding of client processes & pain areas while driving improvements to bring in significant business impact.? In addition, candidates must have experience managing relationships with key client stakeholders / process owners who are involved in driving the project.? The position would be reporting to the Project Leader for Re-Engineering as well as Quality Lead for Americas.? It would require the candidate to be based out of client location and may involve intensive traveling within US.

Required Functional/Industry Experience :

  • Exposure to Specific Industries e.g. – Banking & Financial Services , Manufacturing , Healthcare or Software ( 5 -7 yrs) (any one required)
  • ? Exposure to Specific Functional Areas – Customer Service , AR , Accounting , FP&A , OTC etc ( Minimum 3 yrs preferred)
  • Previous Consulting / Audit / IT project experience in Large Corporations( Minimum 3 yrs preferred)

Language Skills :

English ( required)

Additional language skills in any of the following is strongly preferred: Spanish; French; German


Result Oriented - Ability to execute and manage detailed project plans, achieve milestones within expected timelines

Problem Solving – Ability to identify key issues, anticipate potential roadblocks and formulate creative solutions

Communication & Facilitation Skills - Ability to drive key messages within teams and with key stakeholders, build consensus, and motivate toward a common goal

Change Management , Conflict Handling - Ability to handle diverse situation with clients & project teams; Time management & the ability to multitask effectively is paramount
